**Type of work Performed**
- **Annual Safeties and Fleet Maintenance for Medium to large fleets**:

- **Stainless Steel Manufacturing and Design of Truck Accessories**:

- **Installation of S.S. Accessories of all types on new trucks for OEM Dealers**:

- **Engine Rebuilding of all engine types**:

- **Frame off Restorations / Frame Stretching/ Suspension Work**:

- **Custom Fabrication and Welding of Alum, Steel and S.S.**:

- **Hydraulic Work including PTO installs and General Repairs to Hydraulic Systems**:

- **Air Conditioning Repairs, Emission Repairs**

**Dedicated parts person and service writer on staff to help manage day to day operations and allow technicians to have an organized and focused work environment that allows repairs to be done efficiently and properly we build brand new custom trucks and keep the old ones safe for the roads. At Class 8 we do not cut corners and we take pride in the work that leaves our facility. We have an honest straight forward approach with our customer base which has resulted in rapid growth in recent years.**

Class 8 Coachworks is seeking a technician that would have 5 years experience minimum in the trade, wage benefits and work hours are all negotiable beyond what is stated in this posting. License and apprenticeship status not necessarily required for this position, The Position is available to anyone with the experience / capability to diagnose and repair commercial equipment with a good work ethic and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate your technical knowledge with the ability to answer questions.
- Protect the public from danger by fixing equipment and making sure unsafe vehicles are repaired properly
- Use electronic tools and computer diagnostic software to replace faulty parts and repair broken equipment.
- Keep track of job time and provide detailed description of work performed on a work order as well as track all parts used to make the repair.
- Have knowledge in using specific tools related to truck maintenance.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose intermittent problems with vehicles.
- Have a basic knowledge of automobile electrical systems.
- Have basic Knowledge of Air Brake Systems and Components

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
