**Required Qualifications**:
Demand Management. The Covenant family is using demand management for forecasting and strategic planning. As such, the Strategy Lead should be highly knowledgeable in using demand management processes, techniques and analysis. They will be responsible for providing in-depth awareness and understanding of the organization’s key strategic and stewardship projects through the lens of demand management, ensuring a cohesive understanding of the collective impact of projects on resource capacity, project performance, financial performance, risk, stakeholder management and benefits realization in relation to Covenant’s strategic plan and stewardship accountabilities. Additionally, this role is also accountable as for providing coaching and mentorship for demand management to senior leaders and project resource people across the Covenant family ensuring that planning is collaborative, project management approach is consistent, and project execution capacity continues to improve across the Covenant family.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in the development and successful implementation of strategy design and execution processes, tools and systems in a large, complex organization, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working closely with senior leaders in the role of advisor and in successfully influencing change and best practice adoption. The role requires highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to be adaptable and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Evidence of ongoing educational development in leadership, strategic planning, and policy development. Experience with data and process management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
An advanced professional designation such as an MHSA or an MBA or a related field will be considered an asset. Portfolio and or project management certification preferred. Change Management certification preferred. Demonstrated ability in setting and achieving long range strategic directions, identifying emerging trends and managing and guiding change initiatives.
