Overview of The Role

The IT Specialist, Enterprise Analytics provides reporting and analytic solutions to meet business requirements, and drive business value for the organization through strong skills and experience with SAP Native HANA, Data Modeling, and BW on HANA/BW4HANA.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

- Collaboration with business & functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into data models, HANA Calculated Views, Reports and Dashboards;
- Direct interaction with business SMEs and technical groups (BASIS, Security, Release Management )
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops with documented outcome (requirements, design, data models)
- Contribution to the elaboration of Saputo’s BI strategy and architecture;
- Contribution to the estimates of building new or enhanced BI solutions;
- Functional design and functional design reviews;
- Ensuring report designs are scalable, on strategy and deliver the expected business outcome to drive value;
- Technical design of components of the solution (high level of complexity)
- Development of components of the solution (high level of complexity)
- Design and develop optimal code to maintain exceptional performance in processing large volumes of data across diverse sources;
- Design and develop scalable reusable data models in SAP HANA in line with architectural standards and best practices;
- Building solutions using Native HANA and components;
- Building enterprise interactive dashboards using Power BI Dataset interfaced to HANA;
- Defining testing plans, conducts performance tunning and data profiling;
- Identifying and gaps resolution in data or information quality;
- Ownership of problem resolution of incidents reported through our Global Service Desk or via our BI key users;
- Coach and mentor Sr. Analysts and Analysts;
- Experience in HANA performance analysis and optimization of the models and procedures;
- Developing SAP HANA information models like Graphical and SQL based calculation views;

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering;
- 8+ years of hands-on project and support experience with Native HANA and SAP BW technologies;
- Functional SAP experience in at least two (2) of the following SAP domains: FI, CO, SD, PP, QM, MM, EWM, TM, CRM, MDG, BPC, APO, PM;
- Experience in developing SAP HANA database development and technologies such as tables, views, synonyms and procedures using SQL;
- Experience in replicating data from SLT and work experience in SDA.
- SAP Native HANA Modeling
- SAP BW (Extractors, Infobjects, Composite providers, ADSOs, Process Chains, BEx etc.);
- SAP BusinessObjects Suite, but more specifically Analysis for Microsoft Office and WebI;
- LSA++ solution architecture;
- Power BI Dashboards;
- BOBJ, BW & HANA Security Model (nice to have)
- SAP BW and HANA certifications - nice to have;
- Strong technical design skills;
- Proven to be detailed oriented;
- Experience with enterprise estimating tools and delivery methodologies;
- Bilingual - English and French (nice to have);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & language.
