**Woodland Courts Assisted Living Facility**

**Job description**

To conduct all housekeeping duties in a responsible and safe manner, making the physical aspects of the facility a clean environment for the tenants. To conduct all

Service Worker duties in a responsible manner, serving in dining room. In performing these duties employees shall treat all the senior citizen residents and their possessions in a respectful manner.

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:Residence Manager

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:General housekeeping and service worker duties

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Ability to read, write and follow written instructions.

2. Previous experience is desirable. Personnel will reach full productivity following on-the-job training.


**DUTIES**:
1. Responsible for cleaning tenants’ suites and of all assigned areas throughout building.

2. Complete records of suites housecleaned and maintain any other records that may be necessary.

3. Advise maintenance by requisition of any repairs to fixtures, equipment, new light bulbs that are required, etc. Also report any irregularities that may be dangerous to residents or staff.

4. Serving and cleanup of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper to assigned section of Dining

Room.

5. Assist with facility laundry and tenants’ laundry who have it as a service.

6.. The above listed duties and responsibilities reflect the core functions of the position. Related duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to the operation of the facility.

7. Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of tenant safety principles and practices in all daily activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: From $15.56 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
