**Dare Foods Limited **is a private, family owned portfolio of brands established in 1892. We are currently looking for **General Warehouse Associate - Cambridge **individuals with previous distribution experience in a fast-paced environment to join our warehouse team.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of physically demanding warehouse duties according to standard work instructions (e.g. order picking, loading, unloading and receiving)
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, dock stockers and reach trucks
- Accurately complete routine documentation (e.g. equipment inspections, pick sheet, manifest, unload list and trailer inspection)
- Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory, location and order accuracy, document and identify the discrepancies
- Maintain an acceptable availability for work record
- Follow and comply with all Health and Safety, HACCP and Food Safety guidelines

**Qualifications**
- Previous distribution experience in a fast-paced environment, food related preferred
- Physically fit, capable to lift and move items up to 40 lbs in a safe manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team-based work environment
- Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

- standard warehouse procedures (receiving, shipping, picking, packing, returning)
- material handling equipment operation
- routine inventory processes
- WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- or specific value-added processes
- Experience with computer, forklift or use of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment will be considered an asset
- Secondary school diploma preferred; certification(s) in applicable material handling equipment preferred
