Shop Foreman/woman

**General Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute shop services.
- Perform pressure tests, coordinate NDE services, as well as other 3rd party services, and communicate progression of pipe and beam projects with the field service supervisors.
- Communicate with the QC team to progress pipe and beam projects.
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager and supervisors regarding operational updates and requirements.
- Report all incidents, near misses, spills, non-compliance, and unfits for work to the General Manager.
- Enforce, communicate, and promote safe work practices, procedures, and general health and safety rules.
- Assist Coach new employees, impart company values and expectations, and model effective communication skills.

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Extensive industry knowledge and experience, particularly in oilfield construction and maintenance
- Positive attitude, punctual, reliable, with strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Communicate clearly across all disciplines, fostering collaboration and seamless coordination among diverse teams. Proficiency in conveying information to various professional backgrounds is crucial for an efficient workflow. Additionally, mechanical aptitude and strong analytical/computer skills are essential.
- Valid Class 5 Driver License, with 3-5 years of driving experience and an insurable driving abstract.
- Safety-sensitive position; drug testing is required.
