**JOB SUMMARY**:
Ramp and/or Line Service Agents work under the direction of the Shift
Lead/Supervisor and/or other Management to ensure all aspects of aircraft handling are
completed according to specific company policies & procedures. Safety, attention to detail,
following company procedures, and team work are key components to be a successful ramp
outgoing, understanding and accepting of change. He/She must also be flexible and able to
deal with the adapting nature of aviation.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Sort, load, unload baggage and cargo from flights.
Service lavatories and potable water per company standards.
Connect, disconnect ground power/bridge power from Aircraft.
Marshall aircraft to and from gate, parking stands.
Wing walk arrivals and departures.
Operate belt loaders, baggage tractors and carts.
Complete aircraft grooming.
Complete aircraft towing and/or brake riding.
Complete daily inspection of operating equipment.
Complete equipment deficiency reports as required.
Perform de-icing operations (if applicable).
Snow removal, equipment cleaning, housekeeping as required.
Attend all required training sessions and successfully complete training courses.
Actively participate in company safety programs.
Work as a team member in a safe, efficient, professional manner.
Adhere to published uniform standards and requirements.
Follow all safety guidelines and safe workplace procedures.
Take direction from ramp shift leads/supervisors, BTW manager, and owners.
Complete customer baggage and/or cargo deliveries as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum College education or equivalent experience.

Ability to pass a personal health test (if required). Knowledge of aviation and its related terms, short forms and verbiage.

Ability to speak and understand more than the English language would be an asset but not required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Google & Google Suite and general computer programs.

Computerized Reservations System (CRS) - Navitaire, AmeliaRes, Sabre would be an asset but not required.

Previous airline and/or in person customer service experience would be an asset. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to work with mínimal supervision, and/or in a team environment working varied and/or split shifts.

Must adhere to all company provided procedures and company policy manual.

PPE required is provided to employee. 50c/50e cost share on parkas & winter jackets.
