Established in 2009, Life Ready Facilitated Care is dedicated to providing trauma-informed residential care to some of the most vulnerable youth in British Columbia, Canada. As an organization, we are committed to fostering an environment where youth are treated with respect, unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and empathetic understanding.

Our mission and vision have been developed over the course of a decade of supporting vulnerable youth. They reflect our beliefs in the transformational power of positive relationships. Guided by our person-centred philosophy, our staff aim to create a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment free of judgement to help youth reach full potential.

By offering 24/7 residential care, we build meaningful relationships with youth and youth have the opportunity to fully participate in their care planning and healing. We employ a strength-based approach to help youth develop the skills they need to be life ready when they leave our care. Our goal remains to develop long-term relationships that offers stability through a consistent living situation.

Qualifications:

- High School Graduation
- Diploma in Social Work, child and youth care, psychology, criminology, a related social service field or a combination of education and experience

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 BC drivers license
- Reliable Vehicle
- Copy of current driving record
- Business Insurance (will be reimbursed by Life Ready)
- Valid Criminal Record Check (conducted by Life Ready)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.10 per hour
