Parts Advisor

TERAPRO Construction, our Case construction equipment dealers are specialized in the sale and maintenance of new and used excavators, loaders, dozers, motor graders and much more to suit all project needs.

Our branch located in **Vars** is looking for a **parts advisor.**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers, identify and respond to their needs;
- Provide information on warranties, prices, parts quality, delivery times and payment methods;
- Submit quotations, follow up with customers and close sales;
- Complete internal supporting documentation for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.);
- Contact existing and new customers with information on promotions;
- Support service department (supply parts for technicians);
- Coordinate repairs with service manager to meet deadlines;
- Ensure optimal merchandising of products;
- Participate in inventory management;
- Take care of product delivery and shipping, and ensure efficient organization;
- Maintain work areas efficiently;
- Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.

**Profile**
- Computer proficiency (classification and parts research);
- Experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Experience/knowledge of mechanics (heavy equipment is an asset);
- Forklift driving;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally);
- Demonstrate good communication with colleagues and customers to foster collaboration and a friendly work environment;
- Bilingual English and French to deal with English-French speaking customers.
