**The Carlstar Group ULC** is a leading producer of wheels and specialty tires for agriculture, construction, industry, outdoor power equipment, power sports, towable’ s and trailers. We are looking for an experienced **Shipping/Receiving Associate.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Determine method of shipment; prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
- Receives merchandise - checks and signs delivery slips
- Tracking and scheduling delivery of Inbound containers
- Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Work within the JD Edwards receiving/shipping environment managing updates, and changes under tight deadlines
- Assist with all activities that are associated with the shipping/receiving and distribution of goods in the DC
- Maintains internal record-keeping systems
- Contacts resource people for various information including transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace or return merchandise including merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders
- Coordination of third party Logistics schedules
- Coordination of Courier deliveries
- Experience with Customs paperwork an asset
- May be required to assist with production processes (tire and wheel mounting).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

**Required Experience and Education**:

- JD Edwards or similar management system
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work OT as needed
- Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed
- Fork Lift and Reach Truck experience required

**Wage and Benefits**
- $23.00 - $26.00 depending on experience
- Health and Dental after 1 month

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
