Service Advisor

**The Need**

Village Nissan, a part of Drive Autogroup is looking to hire a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers. - Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
- Takes self-initiative to execute tasks

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone handling experience

**Job Duties**
- Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
- Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone
- Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations
- Follow up with customer's to ensure their expectations were met/exceeded
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Follow all organizational safety standards
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Position involves sitting for long periods of time
- Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time
