We are looking for a supportive and organized individual to join our team at St James the Apostle Anglican Church as a Parish Administrator. This role is the heartbeat of our church's administrative functions, serving as a linchpin that ensures the smooth operation of our church office and supports the thriving of our parish community.

**Your Role: The Cornerstone of Our Church's Daily Operations**

As our Parish Administrator, you will:

- Oversee and ensure the efficiency of our church office, including purchasing supplies and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Coordinate building maintenance schedules and manage the church calendar and weekly schedules.
- Prepare worship materials and maintain up-to-date records and registers.
- Address and route office concerns effectively, maintaining a tactful and professional demeanour with all interactions.
- Manage the parish website updates and handle rental agreements and bookings.

**Your Profile: The Pillar of Our Community's Administration**
- A warm, personable individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and website content management.
- Prepared to work 15 hours a week across three days, in-person at our church office located at 1138 Bridge St., Manotick, ON.
