**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, checking and signing of inbound shipments
- Ensuring storage of items and certificates in/to designated locations and people.
- Assist with administrative booking of receipts in the ERP system.
- Picking and packing of orders.
- Assist with maintaining shipping and receiving logs and files of shipping records.
- Generate Purchase Orders, Sales order & commercial invoice.
- Loads and unloads all delivery trucks while maintaining compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Operate forklift when needed.
- Drive the company vehicle to make deliveries.
- Handling, storage, packaging of material, including hazardous goods.
- Must attend a class on hazard materials.
- Printing of transport documentation and labels for picked orders.
- Informing the transport company about collection of shipments.
- Maintenance of inventory and Assist with monitoring of inventory by completing (cycle) counts.
- Check and ensure the availability of warehouse consumables like packing materials, cartridges, etc.
- Repacking/relabeling, weighing and measuring dimensions of items.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment to prevent issues and incidents.
- Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations in order to accomplish department and corporate mission and objectives.
- Work flexible hours and overtime if needed. Superior can delegate other tasks within competence level of the employee.

**Qualification and Education requirements**
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Experience in/or affinity with logistics
- Must have clean driving record

**Preferred Skills**
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP
- Administrative skills
- Forklift license
- Positive and constructive self-starter
- Can communicate in English

**Physical Demands**
- Heavy lifting may be expected. Exertion of up to 22KG occasionally may be required moving boxes and other goods.
- Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is critical.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time is common.
- Hearing, vision and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
- Good reasoning ability is required to resolve a wide range of business problems.
