Job Description:
Purpose: Diageo Canada is looking for a customer service/accounts payable associate for our Ontario Beer Operations team to provide industry leading customer service and support to our Ontario Beer Operations Department, Customers, Vendors, Finance Department, Sales, and the Diageo Business Shared Services

Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of daily Tele Sales orders with daily calling to our customer base- Processing of all payments to various Beer Ops vendors through SAP PTP- System- Processing of On-Line payments to various Beer Ops vendors through Diageo systems- New Account Set Up - Identify customer needs and discuss requirements for equipment installations, and book appointments with service technicians to complete installations- Dispatching service calls to technicians- Processing of Hourly Payroll

**Qualifications**:
- Understanding of basic principles of finance/accounting- Possess excellent time management skills- Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook), SAP- Be a clear and concise communicator, both orally and in writing- Work well both independently and in a team environment

**Requirements**:
- Accounts Payable experience 1-2 years (preferred)- Good working knowledge of SAP- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
