Panoramic Properties Inc. - Niagara Office is looking to hire a Plumber to join our maintenance team to help service tenants at our 15+ properties across the Niagara Region. **Overview**
- Provide general residential plumbing services to tenants.
- Represent Panoramic Properties in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every service call.
- On-site problem diagnosis
- Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Correctly instruct tenants on proper care and maintenance
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor

**Qualifiactions**
- Licensed Plumber
- Driver's license (required)
- Residential experience considered an asset

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
