Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Perform various carpentry tasks, including siding installation, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and CNC operations
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square
- Install and fabricate various carpentry components
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the carpentry field, preferably in the restoration industry or as a maintenance person
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
