Head Coach for Children's Sports Program

Little Kickers is an international children’s soccer program centred around delivering high quality soccer skills, combined with important early learning concepts such as colour and number recognition, sharing, following instructions and using imagination. Little Kickers is proud to be the world’s biggest and most successful pre-school soccer academy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible head coach to provide a fun and safe sporting experiencing for our youths. Head coaches must be reliable, energetic and have a passion for soccer. Head coaches will work with an assistant coach each week to deliver the little kickers program
Duties would include but not limited to:

- Explaining and leading groups of children through fun imaginative soccer skills & drills
- Emphasizing positive learning enviourment including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
- Staying in close communication with program director.
- Carrying out basic administrative tasks at the classes.
- With training head coaches must have the ability to remember a vast about of knowledge about the Little Kickers program & be able to answer any questions that arise from parents or coaches.

Qualifications:

- CPR & First Aid Certificate.
- Prior experience coaching a sport to children between 2 - 8 years of age is mandatory.
- Ability to work weekend.
- Ability to travel between soccer fields, or indoors gyms.
- Ability to store soccer equipment at personal residence.
- Post secondary education related to education and or fitness.
- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening will be required.
- Experience playing on a soccer team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-10 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
