**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct individual Reiki sessions for clients, assessing their needs and tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Utilize various hand positions and techniques to channel energy and promote healing.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients during sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients about the benefits of Reiki and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Document client progress and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay informed about developments in the field of energy healing and participate in ongoing professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Reiki from a recognized institution is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health needs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
- Previous experience in a holistic health or wellness setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,423.15-$108,234.54 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
