Agile Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the product teams to implement and adopt product centric practices aligned with the Agile Centre of Expertise towards meeting our Enterprise Agility goals.
- Work side by side with Scrum Masters, the Enterprise Agile coach and the rest of the teams. Introduce and establish techniques/tools to help shift cultural behavior/mindset.
- Particular emphasis on reinforcing the practices/responsibilities of Product Owners.
- Use metrics/data from Jira, such as Sprint Reports, Velocity Reports, Flow Efficiency, to focus on opportunities for continuous improvement and more efficient delivery agility. Coach the Scrum Masters and Product Owners how to analyse and use this data to help with team decision making.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
- **Must Have**:_
- Scrum Master or Product Owner or Coach certification.
- Proficient with Jira.
- Assess and identify gaps in knowledge and understanding of how Agile works and lead the teams through training and enablement sessions.
- Agile delivery experience of a hands-on and practical nature.
- Advanced meeting, workshop and training facilitation skills in leading teams in the adoption and improvement of agile methodologies (5 + years of experience).
- Work with the teams to identify and implement process improvements to improve both immediate and long-term productivity using Agile practices and tools.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON K1S 2J5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Jira: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Scrum Master or Product Owner or Coach Certification (required)
