Cad Drafter

Arctech Manufacture Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the railing industry, is looking to hire a skilled Drafter to join our team. If you have experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam, and a background in drafting for metal and glass systems, we want you to help us create precise, high-quality drawings for our fabrication process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed shop drawings for both metal fabrication and glass sizes, including layouts, elevations, and part details.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and welders to ensure designs are accurate and meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with welders to produce cut sheets for metal components and glass sizes to ensure proper fabrication and assembly.
- Review architectural and structural plans to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Revise and update drawings based on project changes or client feedback.
- Use AutoCAD and Bluebeam to create professional-quality, accurate drawings for manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in drafting for the railing or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex construction documents.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for railings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
