**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize and direct all manufacturing and maintenance operations
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities
- Implement quality control procedures and methods of waste reduction
- Carry out supervisory duties over the shop, shipping and maintenance
- Maximize manpower utilization and processes
- Identify training needs within the team
- Schedule, delegate and ensure plant and equipment maintenance
