**Note: This a part-time remote role.**

Additional duties include the following:

- Champion of the culture and career path opportunities of United Rentals
- Work with recruiter and hiring manager to develop creative strategies in engaging top talent for their teams through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
- Leverage data and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies
- Assist with coordination and attending events, including, college, technical schools, military and skilled labor sessions
- Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

- BA/BS preferred
- 1-2 years relatable experience in a fast pace work environment
- Bilingual - English/French an asset but not required
- Ability to use good judgement
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong research skills with the ability to hunt
- Applicant tracking system experience, Workday preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
