**Position Summary**:
**Part Time/Full time 3-month contract position starting Rate is $20/hour**

**_ Start Date: Monday May 15th, 2023_**

**_ End Date: Friday August 25th, 2023_**

Available Part time shifts:
**_ Shift 1: Monday to Wednesday 5:00 PM - 9:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 10AM-6PM_**

**_ Shift 2: Wednesday to Friday 5:00PM - 9PM Saturday-Sunday 10AM-6PM_**

Available Full time Shifts:
**_ Shift 1: Monday to Friday 1PM - 9:00PM_**

**_ Shift 2: Monday to Wednesday 1PM - 9:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 10AM-6PM_**

**_ Note: weekend shifts are paid an additional $2/hour._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action:

- Assist customer with trouble shooting the equipment issues
- Initiate an order for Warranty/ Payable Replacement of parts
- Complete customer call logs, with product model number /serial number, Date of purchase etc.
- Use company policies and procedure to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to the customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Must ensure that call queue is clear at the end of the shift

**Experiences and qualifications required**:

- Must be courteous and possess a "customer first" attitude when working with our customers over the phone to resolve issues.
- Must be skilled at MS office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, working with multiple screens and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be a "team player" willing to step in and help others in the group that are experiencing a high order volume from time to time.
- Must be able to work independently but willing to get help with issues when needed.
- English proficiency is required.

**Nice to have qualifications**:

- Schedule flexibility
- Bilingual (French or Spanish fluency)
- Previous call center experience
