**Position Details**:Full-time, Permanent

**Salary Range**:Starting salary will be $44,500, based on a 35-hour work week. Salary for this position will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s education and/or experience as it relates to the position.

** What You Will Do**

The Stewardship Administrator will provide financial and systems administration support in the areas of Stewardship and Fundraising at DUC.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist with financial analysis and expenditure monitoring on a project-level or general ledger-level
- Assist with gathering projections and budget information from program leads in various departments.
- General journal entries and invoicing in Dynamics 365.
- Responsible for monitoring and entering revenue entries within the Cash Management System in Salesforce
- Provide guidance to all staff within Fundraising for timesheets, procurement and project management system.
- Assist with the recurring donation process and work with Finance on DUC’s payment platforms.
- Enter and monitor supporter data, activity logs, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Monitor opportunity types, payment amounts, financial dimensions, commitment and close dates, tax receipts and other data in Salesforce through the use of PowerBI reporting tools
- Prepare annual tax receipts for monthly donors and work with the Stewardship Specialist on specialized acknowledgment letters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Administration or Accounting. A combination of relevant training and experience may be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience providing administrative and financial accounting support.
- Experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office.
- Must be comfortable using video conference tools to manage relationships with volunteers and staff across Canada.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
- Highly organized with efficient time management skills.
- Ability to innovate and improve administrative processes.
- Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
