The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.

**Status of employment: Temporary Assignment until December 2023**:
**Job location address: 1 Alexander Graham Bell, Verdun (QC)**

**Job duties / Accountabilities**:

- Prepare, process and journalize Wire Payments
- Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation and variance analysis/explanations
- Analysis and correction of Tax Exception reports
- Analysis, validation, investigation and journalization of multiple accounting transactions
- Warehouse Accounting: Journal Entry input
- Investigate and analyse requests from investigation group
- Journalization of supplier payments
- Execute other related tasks as requested

**Essential Qualifications / Competencies**:

- CEGEP D.E.C. or D.E.P. in Accounting, or related work experience
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingualism required: Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.
- Analytical spirit and attentiveness to detail
- Autonomy, initiative, creativity and ability to work within restricted timeline
- Aptitude to effectively communicate information by telephone or written
- Communication and building interpersonal relationships important
- A test will be administered to assess accounting skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Possibility of occasional overtime
- 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
