Pusateri’s is looking for **two full-time baristas** to create a memorable coffee experience for our customers through expertly crafted products and exceptional service at **our new College Street location opening soon**.

**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and support setting up food counters/displays, ensuring proper stacking of products to meet company standards and responding to customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation/safety standards in the café and department, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and dining areas, and inspecting and removing damaged/expired food products.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared, presented, and advised to customers according to quality, food safety, and company standards, influencing customer buying decisions through thoughtful services.
- Uphold the company's commitment to providing excellent, personalized customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, while maintaining a professional image as an ambassador of Pusateri’s and ensuring a safe work environment for all employees..

**REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art is considered an asset.
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring).
- Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Committed to working a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
