Le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) a besoin d’un soutien administratif/logistique, d’un soutien à la formation, d’un soutien pédagogique et de didacticiels, de l’instruction et de l’élaboration de didacticiels dans le cadre des cours de formation des Forces armées canadiennes dispensés par l’Académie de la défense.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, Calian est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) commis administratif dévoué et dynamique, pour venir soutenir les activités a la Base militaire de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Ce poste est a temps plein, contractuel jusqu’à Mai 2025, avec forte possibilité de prolongation par la suite. Le commis de bureau sera requis sur le site du client pour effectuer les taches attribuées.

Responsabilités
- Assurer l’administration générale, les services de bureau et les compétences de bureau connexes à l’appui de la formation des étudiants.
- Recevoir, enregistrer, compiler et distribuer des documents, de la correspondance et des courriels.
- Fournir un soutien aux routines d’arrivée et de départ des étudiants.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des étudiants
- Maintenir une base de données pour la liste et l’horaire des cours et répondre aux demandes connexes
- Aider à la mise en place des cours, notamment en générant des horaires, en créant des dossiers d’étudiants, en obtenant des ressources de cours et en réservant des ressources de cours.
- Traiter les demandes de remboursement de frais de voyage, répondre aux demandes de renseignements des étudiants et utiliser le système de gestion des demandes (ClaimsX)

**Qualifications**:

- Posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience en soutien administratif acquise au cours des cinq (5) dernières années
- Avoir acquis une expérience de plus de six (6) mois avec un logiciel de type HRMS (Human Resource Management System) au cours des cinq (5) dernières années
- Doit être à l’aise dans les deux langues officielles
- Expérience avec MS Office (Excel, Access, et Word)
