This position is a full time 44 hour per week position, MUST be able to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

**Job Description**:
Operate milling machinery to produce high-quality products according to company specifications.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Package and label products according to company standards
- Prepare products for shipment and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare them to purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
- Store incoming materials in the appropriate location within the warehouse
- Measure and mix ingredients according to company specifications.
- Adjust mixing equipment to optimize product quality and yield.
- Assist with inventory control by maintaining accurate records of all mixed products.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Deliver or route materials to departments using hand trucks, forklifts, conveyors, or sorting bins.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in milling, shipping, and receiving in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating milling machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good oral and written communication
- Propane Counterbalance Forklifts certification is considered an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
