Full Circle Therapy is a growing organization offering therapy to children ranging from ages 2- 12 with or without a diagnosis. We are currently looking for experienced, licensed individuals.

Full Circle Therapy works towards providing meaningful change in the lives of children. We offer compassionate, ethical and accessible services for families in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We strive to empower children by respecting each child for who they are and building relationships with other professionals in the community. To achieve these goals, we provide ongoing extensive supervision with professionals from outside our organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree required/Masters (BCBA)
- Successful completion of 8-hour supervision course

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing client specific Behaviour intervention plans
- Conducting assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, etc.) and developing skill acquisition treatment plans
- Developing treatment goals based on the principles of ABA to address challenging behaviours, communication, socials skills, etc.
- Providing training and supervision to behaviour therapists
- Providing parent training sessions and parent feedback sessions
- Updating treatment plans when necessary
- Designing data collection systems and analyzing data to evaluate progress of our clients - Consulting with other professionals including teachers, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and physical therapists.

**Requirements**:

- BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- Good standing and active with BACB
- 2+ years experience implementing behaviour analytic services
- Effective writing and oral communication skills
- Experience implementing skill-based treatment (preferred)
- Reliable Transportation/Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (considered an asset)
- Availability for after school hours and some Saturday's

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $28.42-$35.29 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Gloucester, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
