**This a full-time position which is supported and contingent on funding that is scheduled to end December 15 2023.**

**JOB PURPOSE**

The E-Pledge Liaison is responsible for assisting with the set up and administration of workplace campaigns using the E-Pledge online fundraising tool, bridging the gap between the Resource Development (fundraising) and the Donor Services (pledge processing) departments.

This includes the on-going management of the account relationship to ensure the timely receipt, consistency and accuracy of the setup information and employee data file. This position is the point of contact and a source of knowledge for the workplace clients and the cross-departmental team working to support their campaign needs.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

***Key Responsibilities: Project Management**
- Liaise with assigned United Way (UW) Representative and UW E-Pledge Coordinator to ensure the timely receipt of E-Pledge account setup information and employee data files
- Identify and follow-up with the assigned UW Representative to advise on accounts whose data was due but not yet received
- Review the setup information and data files to ensure accuracy and consistency, including but not limited to identifying duplicate account data, ensuring location data is provided (if required), complete sort data and complete setup data, particularly around any customization of pledge types and content requirements
- Work with the UW Representative and the workplace to ensure that missing or inaccurate information is corrected, before forwarding to UW E-Pledge Coordinator
- Advise UW E-Pledge Coordinator on any changes to campaign dates
- Schedule the training sessions in conjunction with UW E-Pledge Coordinator to coordinate duties/tasks to ensure setup is completed prior to training taking place

**Key Responsibilities: Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support**
- Train Workplace E-Pledge Administrators on use of the online pledging tool in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Provide the first line of troubleshooting for the UW Representative team

- Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Two (2) years post-secondary in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline

**Experience**:

- One (1) year project management experience
- Experience in training others or in Information Technology is an asset

**Skills**:

- Analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to motivate and to coordinate the work of others, and to follow-up and follow through
- Ability to lead and deliver basic training on E-Pledge
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external interactions
- Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with a variety of internal and external constituents
- A team player with the ability to take direction and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, to be responsive and to meet deadlines
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail is critical
- Intermediate level proficiency with the Microsoft Excel required. Intermediate level proficiency with HTML Editors and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases preferred

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Require a driver’s license and access to a vehicle
