**Job Type**
- Part Time
- Location: Remote with community visits
- $25/hour for up to 20 hours per week

**What You’ll Do**
- Work with CCA's Outreach Co-ordinators to develop and implement a marketing campaign for the CCA to build awareness of the organization and its mission and vision
- Engage existing and potential care entrepreneurs in the development of local home care PSW-run cooperatives according to the Cooperative Care model
- Ensure that a minimum of 12 PSW hours per week occurs within a 6-week contract

**What You’ll Bring**
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certified
- CPR Certified/First Aid Certified
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Experience working within the home care service sector
- Passionate about the quality of care provided within the home-care sector
- Lived experience with entrepreneurship
- Strong marketing skills and fundraising experience would be an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in written format
- Ability to provide leadership and support to Cooperative Care Alliance team
- Be open minded and creative in finding solutions to challenges
- Looking for an exciting opportunity to help change how health care is delivered in Ontario

**Job Requirements**
- This position requires access to personal transportation. General (km travelled) transportation costs will be covered
- The bulk of this position will be online with a few in-person connections
- This position has a flexible schedule (up to 20 hours per week)
- An agreement to provide CCA with 12 PSW service hours/week, within 6 weeks
