Our dynamic and growing team is seeking an Corporate Store Operations Co-Ordinator.

As a member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for ensuring operations run seamlessly both behind the scenes and customer facing for corporate fleet operations of 45+ mobile bike shops (MBS). This role will report directly to our VP of Corporate Operations.

**The Job**:

- Work daily as a key coordinator and liaison between the field service teams and key program partners to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed, and escalations and reschedules are supported where needed.
- Work daily to review scheduling, and point of sale system to ensure all jobs are accounted for, and accurately billed (I.e "VeloNet vs. Lightspeed" Reconciliation).
- Generate outbound client invoices and special-order deposits using integrated invoicing platform.
- Work with accounting team to ensure all receivables are collected on time, and client concerns addressed promptly.
- Assist with administration around corporate client bookings, ensuring the Regional Managers and field staff have a clear outline of services to provide.
- Provide assorted daily/weekly reports to the Corporate Store Regional Managers.
- Assist with new employee documentation collection and system setup/onboarding.
- Act as key support in the "New Market Activation" workflow, ensuring both the head office team and the Rider Support Technicians are aligned from the point of onboarding to in-field activation.
- Monitor incoming messages from customer care team, and support on client bookings or escalations to regional managers.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.

**What you’re bring to us**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Experience in process creation, improvement and enhancing.
- Proficiency in Excel, word and power point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and problem solving skills.
- Effective time and priority management.
- Teamwork and proactive individual contribution
- Self starter and able to work independently.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Tuesday - Saturday (during Peak Season April - August)
- Monday - Friday (remainder of Year)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations Administration: 3 years (preferred)
