**Compensation: $30 -$32 per hour**

**Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm**

We are looking for an **Autobody Technician** to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in terms leveraging and expanding your technical expertise in vehicle repair by working directly with Estimators, experienced Collision Centre team members in a team effort to deliver exceptional customer experience service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine vehicle repair requirements
- Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates, and plan work to be performed
- Remove damaged parts and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames and underbody components
- Inspect vehicle to ensure the repairs functioning properly and the overall appearance of the completed work
- Mentor, coach, train and support the development of apprentices in the Collision Centre

**Requirements**:

- Red seal certification is an asset
- Autobody Technician level 3 or higher is required
- Completion of post-secondary program and training courses
- I-CAR certification training and I-CAR certification would be considered assets
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
