**Position Overview**

The Grace Anne II Yacht & Lodge and LOTW Docking is seeking an Office & Accounting Manager to handle the daily administrative and bookkeeping functions of these businesses from our office in Kenora, ON. This person will be the face of the company to our staff and many of our suppliers.
- proficient with MS Office, with at least 3 years experience with office administration and bookkeeping.
- confident using Quickbooks
- able to resolve problems using critical thinking, providing manager with recommendations and solutions
- very organized, able to meet deadlines and prioritize weekly and monthly tasks
- ability to provide manager with information and recommendations in a timely manner
- able to follow direction closely and thoroughly
- post secondary education in Accounting/Bookkeeping or Hotel & Restaurant Management is an asset

**Responsibilities**:
The Office & Accounting Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of business activities at the Grace Anne II and LOTW Docking group of companies in the following ways, but not limited to:

- all bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations; delivered on time at scheduled frequencies as defined by manager
- accounts receivable collections, with weekly reports to manager
- creating internal financial reports for management
- filing, retrieving and processing corporate documents
- greeting and assisting any drop-in visitors or clients to connect them with appropriate business team lead
- assisting in creating and implementing company policies and procedures

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
