Framer/labourer

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints accurately
- Frame walls, roofs, and floors using hand and power tools
- Install windows, doors, siding, and drywall
- Operate heavy equipment for concrete forming if required
- Ensure structures are plumb, level, and square
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to weld and operate heavy equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques is advantageous
