Tank Supervisor

New Wave Energy Services is currently looking for a Full Time Tank Supervisor to join our ever-expanding team.

**New Wave Energy Services Overview**:
New Wave provides services in onsite water storage and water transfer equipment and services including water sourcing, permitting, long distance transfer, frac support, high speed loading/unloading stations, flow back and flow back management; a wide variety of pumps are available. **Key Responsibilities**
- Work with all on site crews, including site foreman, operators and laborers during the setup and tear down of our modular tanks.
- Work with the on-site customer representative to ensure client satisfaction.
- Hold start up and orientation meetings with contractors and laborers.
- Coordinating maintenance of all New Wave equipment as required.
- Review and recommend contractor selection
- On the job training provided however previous experience with tank set-up/tear
- down is an asset.
- Flexible Schedule and ability to work overtime.
- Standard First Aid, CSO and H2S training certification.
- Ability to communicate and lead effectively.
- A commitment to safety and knowledge of safe working practices and procedures.
- Act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and Practices.
- Act in accordance with company safety policies and practices.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical Strength to lift 50lbs.
- Required to work in all weather conditions.
- Possibility of exposure to flammable substances such H2S, C02 SO2, and other toxic substances.
- Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting, and bending.

**Required Skills**:

- Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for this position.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the company is mandatory, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Previous experience working with set-up/tear-down, and overall familiarity with the modular tank business an asset.
