Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dinning room and bar area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dinning/ bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food handling practices is an asset
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members

We are seeking a couple permeant part-time positions at Wild Wing, as a server at our restaurants you are your own barteener and most shifts you will have the entire restaurant for yourself. On busy days we have two servers on shift.

We are looking for servers with experience as you are expected to run the show yourself. We will provide plenty training to help transition our new staff smoothly.

We are looking for specific shifts to be covered, plus covering vacation time/ sick days throughout the summer. Must be available for mixture of shifts:
Monday Evenings

Wednesday Evenings

Saturday Evenings

Sunday Mornings

+ Covering random shifts

MUST HAVE PROSERVE

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
