**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Physically receives MRO items
- Receives MRO items in CMS and/or Visual
- Store MRO items in an orderly fashion
- Maintaining proper min/max based on usage/criticality
- Perform weekly cycle counts, record results, investigate discrepancies in conjunction with buyers
- Support buyer in facilitating any physical inventories including year end inventory
- Record material issues, receipts and transfers
- Communicate with suppliers about mis shipments, damaged shipments or any other issues while keeping buyers and AP in the loop
- Review MRP reports and advise what is needed for ordering
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- The ability to lift and handle 30 - 50 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of ERP system (CMS) a bonus
- Computer competency required (Excel)

Manages the entire manpower allocation of the Production Departments while meeting the sales/customer demands. Responsible for utilizing the resources available with the emphasis on minimum cost and maximum throughput while maintaining quality, utilization of equipment, and ensuring excellent morale of the manpower resources.
