Landscape Foreman/woman

**Duties**:
Starting wage dependent on experience of managing a small crew on a daily basis, primarily working on installation of trees and shrubs, preparation of soils, fine grading and sod installation

Operating skid steer and small equipment with a high level of confidence

Performing physically demanding jobs in all weather conditions

Communicate instructions to crew members in a professional manner.

Achieve deadlines with quality results

Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner

Inspect all work for quality to eliminate the need to return due to poor workmanship or customer satisfaction issues.

Ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and are in compliance with government and company policies and regulations.

Complete all required paper work on a daily basis, including material lists, job sheets, vehicle inspection reports.

Professional attitude, great customer relations including good people skills

**Qualifications**

3-4 years’ experience in landscape industry

Knowledge of materials (both hard and soft/plant) and adopt established techniques in the required field

Minimum Class “G” driver’s licence, higher class would be an asset.

Punctual and dependable

Positive attitude and works well with others

Physically fit and highly motivated
