Skilled Laborer, Commercial Construction

Found in 1978 specializes in design-build construction projects in and around Calgary, Alberta. We are experienced in office buildings, warehouses, light industrial and everything in between using conventional steel, masonry, precast concrete, pre-engineered steel building systems. Your Role:
As a Skilled Labour, you will be responsible for the following:

- Perform various physical duties as assigned by the Site Superintendent or Lead Hand.
- Maintain a high regard for safety standards and protocols and understands the fundamentals of a health safety culture.
- Move, secure, install, build, load and unload materials as required
- Perform specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training
- Use of heavy equipment or tools
- Assisting other co-workers and or trades
- Assist in carpenter duties & task
- Willing to learn new things on the job

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
- Full-Time Position - Overtime and weekend may be required
- A basic understanding/familiarity of the COR safety program and the AB OHS is an asset.
- Valid Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP and Forklift certificates are an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
