FOH Supervisor/ Evening Shift

Available shifts Monday-Sunday 5 Days a week. Weekends and evening Shift up to 9pm.

Full Job Description

Devon Golf and CC is looking for a hardworking leader to join our FOH team. This individual will work with the Food and Beverage Manager to supervise the restaurant FOH operation, delegate tasks, train servers, and keep a high standard of customer service from our restaurant.

Duties/responsibilities will include
- Train severs on Customer Service, Menu, Proper serving techniques
- Continuously ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience. Able to resolve a concern or conflict.
- Ensure that all guests receive a remarkably consistent experience.
- Take the time to effectively learn and memorize new menu items and procedures.
- Manage the floor while on shift - this includes ensuring all team members are using proper serving techniques, assisting on the floor with food running, busing, expo and table maintenance.
- Banquet Serving, Managing setting up and tear downs. Delegating Banquet Servers/Bartenders
- Knowledge of Lightspeed POS System-Training staff on system.
- Working with the Food and Beverage Manager and BOH supervisor to maintain flawless execution between restaurant and banquets
- Working with servers on Cash Outs, Opening, Mid-shift and Closing Duties.

Education/certification requirements include the following:
Pro Serve

First Aid certification is not required but would be an asset. (Optional)

3 Years Hospitality/Bartending Experience (required)

1 Year Leading a team (required)
