**Qualifications**
- Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing attitude
- Excellent communication skills: face to face, telephone, and radio
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible & adaptive mind-set
- Great attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on multitasker, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to crouch, crawl, & lift 50 lbs.
- Previous labourer and power tool experience an asset
- Capable of tracking time and materials
- Valid driver’s license
- Pleasure Craft Operators Card a plus
- Boating experience &/or Marine Service Technician (MST) training an advantage
- Enjoy outside work in all weather conditions

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
