**TITLE: ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR/ HCA Program**

Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ English language proficiency levels and develop individualized learning plans to support their improvement.
- Design and deliver lessons that focus on improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, tailored to the health care environment.
- Provide regular feedback and one-on-one guidance to help students meet their language development goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure the student is prepared for the labor market.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, TESL/TEFL certification, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in a post-secondary or adult education setting.
- Familiarity with the language needs of non-native English speakers, particularly those pursuing careers in healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

Schedule : Mon - Fri (25-30 hours per week)

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
