Votre rôle consiste à prendre en charge les demandes d’indemnisation des membres et clients en habitation de complexité élevée ou en accidents et lésions corporelles de moyenne complexité. Vous enquêtez sur les circonstances et procédez aux indemnisations. Vous assurez la résolution de problèmes par des analyses et vos connaissances globales dans domaine d’activité. En mettant à profit votre aptitude à prendre des décisions de qualité, vous assurez l’élaboration de solutions, la négociation du règlement du sinistre et la conclusion de l’entente avec le membre et client, un tiers ou tout autre intervenant. Vous exercez un rôle-conseil et d’accompagnement auprès de la clientèle et vous représentez et engagez l’entreprise dans le cadre d’ententes avec celle-ci. La maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles devient alors une compétence essentielle. Plus spécifiquement, vous serez amené (e) à:

- Enquêter ou inspecter pour évaluer les dommages, estimer les coûts et la valeur marchande, examiner ou produire les rapports ou autres documents pour établir le règlement d’indemnisation
- Analyser l’information médicale, professionnelle et financière et déterminer l’admissibilité aux indemnités selon les critères établis par la loi
- Indemniser le membre et client selon les normes et politiques de l’entreprise en respectant la portée des contrats, les engagements à la qualité voire même les délais pour assurer la satisfaction du client ou éviter de payer des pénalités
- Négocier avec les différents intervenants afin d’assurer le bon déroulement du dossier
