Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
- Cold pressed juicing fruits and vegetables, bottling and sealing
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is stored properly and meets safety and sanitation standards
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
