**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Banquet Manager the Banquet Server is responsible for providing service to guests at Club Banquet events.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Member and guest satisfaction
- Service in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all policies, procedures and safety guidelines outlined by the Club
- Ensure the proper handling and cleaning of equipment, glass, china and silverware
- Immediate communication of special requests or concerns made by members and their guests to direct supervisor
- Follow all opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secured
- Prepare cocktails, pour wine and beer for guests
- Serve food and beverage and take payment as required
- Check guest identification if they appear under the age of 25
- Other duties as required

**Working Environment**:

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Working directly with a diverse team of servers, chefs and managers
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Solid written and verbal communication skill
- Advanced customer service skills
- Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
