- What you’ll be doing- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor the operational activities of the Nursing Department-
- Establish and implement goals, objectives and policies that follow regulatory requirements and are aligned with the organization’s values.Promote a positive and safe work environment for staff and residentsWhat you bring- Current certificate of competence from the appropriate College of Nurses-
- Registration or eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association-
- Leadership or supervision experience required-
