**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK**

Academy of Learning Career College is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality career-focused education and training to students in Alberta and Manitoba. We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time **Accounts Receivable Clerk ** with the possibility of permanency to join our Finance team. The **Accounts Receivable Clerk** will report to Finance Administrator.

**Responsibilities**
- Post Sage Accounts Receivable (Contract Posting, Deposit Posting and Revenue Recognition)
- Enter or Assist with ACME Receivable entries (Reconcile and Compare ACME to SAGE for accuracy
- Update and review AR spreadsheets and payment collections
- Send out AR statements - Weekly
- Send out Final AR Collection Notice
- Send accounts to Collections
- Enter Withdraws, Cancellations and Tuition refunds in sage (Inform Controller for payments to make)
- Inform Finance Manager of any AR issues
- Consolidated statement from collection posted
- Ad Hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or certificate in accounting is required.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
- Previous experience in Sage an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
