Job Title: 310T Truck & Coach Technician

Reporting to: Shop Supervisor/ Company Owners

Hours: Minimum 8 hours daily shift work

Location: Clients site, TBell Nairn Shop

**T Bell Transport Inc. is looking to hire a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our team. This role is located in Nairn Centre.**

**The role of the Mechanic is to ensure effective operation of various on / off highway equipment by maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing components where required and to carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner.**
- Maintain and repair a mixed fleet of equipment
- Maximize equipment availability through efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs.
- Perform preventative maintenance such as inspections, lubricating, oil changes and failure analysis.
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions and carryout necessary repairs including major component replacement and repair or rebuild.
- Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental and other policies, procedures and requirements.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure work order discipline requirements within SAP.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic / 310T Red Seal
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Experience with Chip Trailers, Float Trailers, and various brands of Tractor’s
- Kenworth / Western Star / Mack / Volvo / International experience an asset
