Assistant Brewer

**Member of**: Brewing Team

**Purpose of Role**
- A passion for brewing quality beer
- Work safely
- Work well as part of a team
- Raw ingredient handling
- Brewhouse duties on our 35HL brew house
- Yeast management
- Cellaring duties (CIP, transfers and QC checks)
- Ensure production areas are maintained to the highest hygienic

standards
- Operate a fork lift safely
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Assist other employees as necessary
- 2+ years working in the brewing industry (formal brewing education is not required but an asset).
- Mechanical knowledge and ability is a strong desire.
- Previous packaging or canning line experience will be an asset
- They must also have strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a positive attitude.

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
